SHIPPING & REFUND POLICIES

Please read below and understand that these policies are tentatively based on custom made garments by Revere Couture LLC. With any garment that is made by this company, no changes on the order unless fabric is unavailable, all designs and fabric must be approved by the client. Once it is approved and we place the order, the fabric cannot be changed. Please consider that fantic is non-refundable as deemed by our vendors- you will have to purchase additional fabric if you would like for it to be changed. Fabric selection is sent via email, text or proper communication between designer and future client due to most fabrics being special order. In most cases we will not have a swatch of the fabric due to the vast selection and it having to be special ordered.

We are not responsible for variations in color due to some colors appearing differently on
monitors and in different lighting. Different variations must also be approved before placing orders, all future orders confirmation must be made with the designer.
Depending on custom design payments can only be split into payments if approved with designer. Most “ready to ship” and “pre made gowns” categorized on this site must be paid through the site engine. All other payment methods/arrangements would be made with the designer.


All orders have a processing time, some from 3weeks - 6months however orders are completed based on the date of your event. Allow at least 2-4 weeks prior to your event date for your dress to be completed, so inquire accordingly. Orders are worked on in chronological order and are complete 2-4 weeks before the date of your event.

Rush orders for formal apparel must be paid in full and are non re-fundable.
Consultation fees are for custom designs ONLY. The entire consultation fee goes towards the cost of the garment. No portion of the consultation fee is refundable. If you decide to not purchase the design created for you, the consultation fee will NOT be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse any business. At any point that we feel that it is not in
the best interest of the company to not continue to do business with you, we reserve the right to
cancel your order. If we feel that you are creating a hostile work environment or we feel as though
our sincerest efforts to accommodate you are not conducive to your needs or wants. We will still
be compensated for the time and labor that we have spent on your order. We will deduct supplies,
labor, and cost of goods from the amount you paid and refund you the balance. If a gown does not meet the standards of the designer, she will have it to go back through production to meet her standards. Each piece goes through and rigorous quality control check

Revere Couture is a design house and not a boutique; with this being said, measurements are needed when ordering a custom garment. I understand that Revere Couture cannot assure that proper measurements are taken if I do not physically come into the design house to be measured by Revere Couture staff. I understand that Revere Couture cannot be held liable if my dress does not fit correctly, I understand that
it will be my responsibility to have the dress altered at an alteration shop close to my residence. All measurements must be confirmed before placing orders, if the garment does not fit there will be no exchanges or refunds due to the fact it’s a custom garment.

Every custom garment has production timing and that we go by the date of the event and FULL PAYMENT. However; Revere Couture guarantees that I will receive my garment before the date of my event and with enough time to have alterations done if needed, if it is NOT a RUSH ORDER - Rush Orders are
guaranteed by the wear date. If you continue to make changes to your order, it will slow down the production process.

Shipping is an additional charge and a fashion rep will discuss the shipping options and delivery times with me when my order is ready to ship and I will need to pay that price required for shipping.

CUSTOM FORMALS are FINAL SALE & no refunds and/or store credits will be issued. If a chargeback is initiated criminal charges will be filed because it will be considered as theft of goods. Someone must be available to sign for my package, if a signature is required on package.

We will provide you with a care kit to circumvent this issue. Please be careful in the handling of any garment that has embellishments my whether sewn on are glued. Exposure to heat, sweat, and improper handling can make stones come loose. Please be careful with bracelets that you may wear or anything that may snag the garment- if the garment is snagged it can cause a row of stones to completely come off.
